Lakewood Estates

hi, just some thoughts...seems like people speed on country club way south..they slam into racoons, possums, turtles...no kids as of yet..the limit is 30mph and 25 past the nature center..and on the way they throw out their beer cans, dirty diapers, and all sorts of litter... i thought the people of lakewood had some class...maybe i am wrong...any thoughts?? just tired of picking up ripped up animals off the road....clas
