Lately there has been several cars( I suspect they do not live in the neighborhood) with kids hanging out in the park areas.
They speed up and down the roads and last night they were outside DRINKING BEER
until after 1am. I did call the NCC Police who rode through the area (the kids managed to elude the police and stayed until after 1am)but never did
anything. I am getting frustrated as a homeowner that I have to put up with the
noise and TRASH...it has got to stop. All other NCC parks are patroled on a regular
basis especially after dusk when the park is supposed to be closed!
Any suggestions?
