Graham Management manages Las Sendas. Kelly Townes @ 789-5431 (lassendas@earthlink.com) is the local contact. The Homeowners Office is in the first building at the corner of Ridgecrest and McDowell and is open from 9:00-4:00 daily. However, as Kelly's duties take herout of the office frequently, a call before your visit is wise.

The Office takes all calls reporting gate, vandalism, or other common area problems.
