It has been reported to the Board that a white man in his mid 40's with blonde hair, driving a red SUV, perhaps a Ford Explorer, was observed circling the park yesterday which cause a teenage babysitter to leave the park and return to a home on Arundel. The man approached and knocked at the front door. Police were called but had left by the time they arrived.
