Laurel Ridge Community Association

My wife and I moved into he neighborhood about 6 months ago, and so far we really love living here. However, ever since we moved in, the entrance in to the subdivision looks terrible. Now that it's Spring time we figured it would have been fixed, but there letters missing, the spot lights are burnt out, and the lanscaping is all but dead. What exactly are we paying fees for ?

I am in complete agreement.  Been a resident in this neighborhood for just a couple of months, and have been thoroughly enjoying being a part of the community, but the entrance is unacceptable.  If anyone has any information as to what the appropriate channels would be to get this matter addressed, please let me know.  I will be happy to write a formal letter on other residents' behalf as well.
