Congratulations to Michael and Sandra Shabla of 2242 Woodbridge Drive as the recipients of the August Yard of the Month award. Their yard featured massed plantings of pink wax begonias which, unfortunately, had passed their prime due to the Summer heat by the time the photo was taken. They have since replanted with hot pink miniature zinias alternating with bright orange marigolds and are hoping for an eye-popping tropical color scheme as the beds mature into early Autumn.
