Laurel Springs, a subdivision of Kernan Lakes, is conveniently located in the Intracoastal West area. Our community of single-family homes provides easy access to area schools, downtown Jacksonville, primary roadways, shopping, professional services, and the beaches.
Kernan Lakes is located off Kernan Boulevard, midway between Atlantic Boulevard and Beach Boulevard.
From Atlantic, heading East: Turn right at the traffic light onto Kernan Boulevard (Wal-mart Supercenter will also be on the right). Go 1 mile (you'll pass Kernan Boulevard Middle School and Kernan Trail Elementary School on the left at traffic light). Turn right onto Alden Road into Kernan Lakes. Take the first right onto Woodbridge Drive into Laurel Springs.
From Beach Boulevard heading East: Turn left onto Kernan Boulevard at the traffic light (Publix will be on the right on Beach AFTER the light, which is too far). Go 1 mile and turn left onto Alden Road at the Kernan Lakes entrance (will be the 2nd neighborhood on Kernan from Beach). Take first right onto Woodbridge Drive to enter Laurel Springs.

Laurel Springs is governed by Covenants and a Homeowners' Association Board of Directors. All lot owners are automatically members of the HOA. Membership on standing Association committees (Beautification, Covenants Administration, and Architectural Review) is open to any Laurel Springs Homeowner.
The Laurel Springs HOA meets quarterly, typically in a location within the community beginning at 7pm. The Annual Meeting is held in December of each year, usually at Landmark Middle School. Meetings are announced in the "Community Times" newsletter and are posted on this website's calendar.
The input of Laurel Springs homeowners is always welcome. Feel free to email the Association with questions, comments, ideas for community activities, or suggestions for ways to further enhance our neighborhood.
