It is my understanding that the field behind the townhouses on Milliken Bend are to be maintained by the Parks Dept. The fescue grass is not maintained. It is agressive and is taking ove the back yards of the townhouses and ruining the looks of the Burmuda grass. Whom can I contact regarding this?
