Dear Neighbors,
Almost every night, a video-activated "trespasser" alarm goes off, usually several times, at 2640 Telegraph Ave. The message is (basically): "You are trespassing. Please leave the area immediately. This area is under video surveillance and you have been recorded." Since I can hear it from 125 feet away with my double-pane windows closed, I am sure that it violates the 80 decibel limit for 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. for any length of time allowed by Berkeley Municipal Code Ch. 13.40.050.
