meeting date change

Dear Mr. Liebold,
I would like to maintain this line for our irrigation issues and believe you have had responses from the board on the parking situation. As for your concern for not obtaining personal responses, our POA is organized to address issues in a group and one person be the contact for that particular issue. Each board member speaks on behalf of the board in all responses, and I believe you have had several responses from Mr. Law, acting for the board, on this issue. Just as I am the contact person for the irrigation issues and handle the correspondance on that, we divide the work and do our best. I hope this explains our process for communication as that seems to be a weak point in this issue. We will all be happy to visit with you at the next board meeting, which has had a schedule change from Thursday to Wednesday the 13th at 7:00. We look forward to seeing you there as well as other neighbors, and your participation in handling the parking concerns is appreciated.

Thank you for your informative note, Mrs. Narman.

Indeed I've already received myriad lukewarm responses from Mr. Law on the issue of parking over the course of the past three years: Yet another such response won't make much of a difference now, I'm sure.

hope you will come

Mr. Liebold,
I understand your frustration and again hope you will join us, often its easier to get things accomplished in person and in a group than through email.
Hope to see you Wednesday!

Parking on Greens chapel

While this thread is getting read, I will post my parking concerns, as I think they present a far greater safety concern than watering trees. The residents parking on greens chapel at the interesection of monroe station need to be told to stop. The only response ive gotten is that the Covenant is too vague to inforce anything, well if thats the case, amend the silly thing or throw it away all together. The parking there is way too dangerous to ignore!
