This is all so out of control. This is what I mean by associations becoming dictators. This is a mess and will be attending this meeting and will not be paying anything. I think people that live in the community work at this company. What a conflict of interest (whats in it for them). Once again I pay them and they are going to tell me what to do. We are there bosses not the other way around.

Wait and see

I do suggest that none of us pay the bill until we know what we are paying for. Let's see if they do schedule a meeting and how they represent themselves at that time. I am trying to give them a chance. So far they are not impressing me. Hopefully they will get on the ball.

One thing they have to understand is that they work for us, not the other way around

Thanks Glen. The way I understand it from the attorney I spoke to they may have been contacted by LaCross when they still had control. We may still have the option to go in another direction. They have not submitted a budget stating where the $150 figure came from or whre it is going. We do not know what they charge or what they are charging for. I am also with holding payment until we have answers.
