During our last HOA meeting the board members announced that one of the retention ponds was not working properly and that a company was selected to take care of this matter. The company’s guaranty cover any issue with the work performed during a period or 12 months.
Unfortunately the rain that we had during the month of July washout the work performed by this people. The HOA staffs contacted this folks and discuss this matter with them. The company stated that they do not have anything to do with this problem. The HOA believe that their work was not performed up to the standards and that they should fix the problem, since their work was done six month ago and we still cover under the warranty period.
