Linebaugh Estates

I know this is short notice, but I'm going to walk around the neighborhood w/my handy dandy trash pick upper and a garbage bag tomorrow morning starting around 8:15am  for a couple of hours.  If anyone wants to join me, let me know! I have a couple of extra trash grabbers that you can use.

I just had to post this. This evening I was putting my trash and recycle bins out when I almost had heart failure and went in shock.  A young couple in a red small pick up stopped as I was at the road and asked if they could put their empty big gulp cups in my blue can.  Of course I said yes and I thanked them and told them most idiots around here just toss them in the road or in your yard.  They must not live around here because they said really they do that.  I am so used to seeing people around here contribute to the trash in the streets I am still wondering if I was having a flash back or something.  God bless them, I only wish everyone around here did the same thing.

that's awesome..  i gotta tell you.. a neighbor and i did trash pick up on tuesday, we only did 4 streets and i must have had 40 lbs of garbage in my bag.. he probably had 20.  it's pathetic. we're going to try to do this twice a week ( or so) cozar, let me know if you wish to join us.. or come out and say hi if you see us, i'd love to meet you!
