yesterday, wed. 4-22 5:45 p.m. as i was waiting 2 turn on linebaugh ave, off ashly st. i observed 2 teen boys picking up bicycles over their heads and smashing them 2 the ground. in the east bound lane, in middle of traffic. in front of 206 linebaugh. what is up with this destructive and antisocial behavior.
