Yes, 207 is empty for now. However, I am sure it is only a matter of time before the next hatch of arrivals occupy the place. I spoke with code enforcement only to basically have them tell me nothing can be done about the dbl occupancy. They are saying they have no way to go inside etc to prove its being used as a duplex or multi unit complex. One of the swarm infesting these houses even told one neighbor the owner had gone in partitioned the houses out sharing one kitchen. No permits were pulled also. I think code enforcement is full of it. I am investigating this further. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Another neighbor said she has seen the police there (209) three times this week alone. The way this neighborhood is being overtaken by third world scum is ridiculous. I am ready to sale and get out of here. The south of the border scum is taking over along with the undomesticated natives.

Every house that is a rental is supposed to be licensed by the city s such. This department has the ability to perform an inspection inside the dwelling for safety, to include smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. This would be the dept to call about the occupancy set-up.

I wish we could figure out a way to get the neighbors to band together and be a real neighborhood again, instead of letting them ans well as city hall kick us to the curb. It'll just follow us, no matter where we move to.

Okay, so what department should I be calling? I spoke with the city of Tampa so called code enforcement Friday 4/23/10. The first call I made was 4/5/10. They said a minimum of two weeks for an inspector to get out. I guess they are too busy in Carroll Wood etc. The idiot I spoke with said the owner has three properties. Non are showing homesteaded. She said all they can do is send him a letter asking him if he is renting them out and hope he tells the truth. Otherwise they can not go inside etc. I think they are full of chit myself. At 209 he has a white construction trailer 24/7 in the driveway "beautifying" the neighborhood also. I also code the zoning department 4/5/10. I spoke with a neighbor on Linebaugh and she told me one woman who lives there has at least six birds she keeps outside in cages that screech and are whistling non stop. Never gets any quiet at all. The police will not come out on a noise complaint on a bird call. Too busy looking for someone not wearing a seat belt to earn revenue for doughnuts etc. Between this crap, the ms13 wannabe's with their rap chit blasting up and down the street that you can hear a mile away this neighborhood is toast.
