Linebaugh Estates

I've been driving through the neighborhood and taking a good look, I've noticed many more empty houses, high grass, used cars for sale in front yards like a crappy used car lot, trash everywhere, what is happening with this neighborhood? It appears that no one cares. This invites more crime, it invites more homeless and eventually the nastier element is going to creep in, everything we've been fighting against has a welcome mat. Is this how you all want to live? Yes, i've left, however it makes me sad to see it turning this way.. it's gone down hill in the last few months. Why are you all tolerant of trash next to you? Call code enforcement, call the police, stay on top of the issues, this is where you sleep at night, where your valuables are, where you raise your kids..are you content to let things slip? Kinda looks like it. I still get the police reports and grid 10 is still looking good.. but it won't be long before you all start getting targeted. Don't put up w/the trash, take steps to get it gone, protect your investment. SAY AND DO SOMETHING!

I ---- for one ------ am really glad that your devotion to this neighborhood stands. We all worked very hard, under your guidance, to help clean up and turn around this neighborhood. I don't want it to slide back anywhere near to the point it was previously. I live on the south side of Linebaugh, and what affects this grid afffects the one I live in --- directly as well as indirectly.

Neighbors --- let's don't let all of our previous hard work be for naught. Let's get organized and help each other out. And let's keep the criminal element out by picking up and keeping the yards maintained. Picking up is inexpensive - just takes a few minutes of time.

i've been catch this place on 9512 highland, i notified  remax and they said that a bank has it, but what is the remax sign there for. that place has not been taken care of in a while.calling code enforement tommorrow to see what they can do

  even tho eagle is not my area i still look out when i go thro and also , linebaugh area as well

i've been driving thro and see alot that u mention, and called enforement and they say 2 weeks , then they will go to it.  i got one im working on in 9512 highland.  that grass is way high.  i chatted with them yesterday and if nothing is done , when they end an email to them, there is going to be a lein on it.  not many people ahve called and im surprised since thy r in th middle of one side of hightlans  with people seeing as thy go down or up the street.
