Little Lake Barton Shores is an old traditional community built in the 1940's. Little Lake Barton Shores is nestled between Semoran Blvd, East Colonial, and Old Cheney Hwy. It consist of older homes and new homes. There are about 180 homes. We have a voluntary Neighborhood Organization. Amenities include Millenium Park,a small neighborhood park that offers fishing and park benches. Nearby amenities are Cady Way Trail, Fashion Square Mall, Herndon Plaza, Baldwin Park, and Orlando Executive Airport.

Organization Bylaws
ARTICLE I - NAME
The name of this organization shall be the Little Lake Barton Shores Neighborhood Organization.
ARTICLE II - AREA
The Little Lake Barton Shores Neighborhood Organization shall encompass the area bounded by Old Cheney Highway, Barton, and Colonial.
ARTICLE III – PURPOSE
The purpose of the neighborhood organization shall be to promote a better neighborhood and community through group action.
The goals of the neighborhood organization shall be:
1. Addressing community concerns in the timely manner
2. Creating a clean and safe neighborhood
3. Building community and getting to know our neighbors
ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP
The general membership shall be open to residents, property owners, and persons engaged in business in this neighborhood.
ARTICLE V – OFFICERS
The officers shall be President, Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer, who shall be elected in May of each year. The term of office shall be one year.
ARTICLE VI – COMMITTEES
Section 1. The membership may establish necessary committees at any meeting. The Committee memberships shall consist of all those Organization members interested in serving on a particular committee. The President may also establish such committees. The President shall appoint committee chairs.
Section 2. The committees established for the neighborhood organization are:
1. Clean Up/Beautification
2. Neighborhood Watch
3. Infrastructure
4. Social Committee
ARTICLE VII – MEETINGS
Regular meetings of the general membership will be held bimonthly
ARTICLE VIII – QUORUM
At least ten percent of the active (signed up) membership must be present to conduct official business.
ARTICLE IX – AMENDMENTS
These bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting. Two-thirds (2/3) of members in attendance must approve the amendment.
