Little Spring Farm - A Deed Restricted Community

Little Spring Farm is a Deed Restricted Community located in Southeastern Louisville Metro in the community of Fern Creek. It is off of Bardstown Road and is approximately two and half miles southeast of the Gene Snyder Freeway. We are a new 430 acre residential community.

We have many great amenities, such as a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. We have a walking trail and plenty of green spaces. The neighborhood is only about forty percent completed and currently has 187 households.

The development has plans for about 500 total homes. The development land plan protects over 200 acres of hillside and bottomland along Floyds Fork. The entrance required special attention due the fact that the community itself was not visible from U.S. 150 because of the high rock bluff.

A water feature was designed and constructed to create the signature for the development using natural rock outcroppings and dramatic elevation changes. The development was begun in 2002 and is currently under construction. The construction cost of Phase 1 site improvements was $4.5 million.
