After driving through other ''nice'' subdivisions, I noticed some things that stood out and would like to share as an idea(s) for Audubon Trace:

Street signs and even stop signs are on nice black iron ornamental posts. It makes the streets and subdivision look better. (one subdivision to the left off of Dunn has these)We have what.... 5 streets and 2/3 stop signs... the cost should not be that much?

Gas lanterns on each side of the sign in the entrance or even electric lanterns. (can barely see the sign at night)

Just a thought in addition to the other ideas in the prior posts that were suggested: new fountain, landscaping on the cul de sacs,etc.

Thoughts?
