Attorney Fees Cleared Up

Lets get this attorney fee issue cleared up once and for all. The attorney fees charged are minimal and are actually recouped when the lien is paid. Therefore, the Association is not loosing money on this issue. The Association gets the dues, attorney fees , clerk of court fees, and even the postage is recouped. The purpose of using our attorney is to be completely legal and professional in our actions as we have been in the past and will continue to be in the future. Thank You.
