715 Hunters Lane& Others

Posted in: Huntington Ridge
New residents have moved into the 715 Hunters Lane address and seem to believe that they can park a tractor trailer cab on the grass next to the garage. We would lodge a formal complaint but as of today I have not been able to locate the proper forms on the website. This home has been a source of concern for over 5 years. C'mon BOD do your job.

How many occupants are allowed in a single family dwelling? We have several homes in this subdivision with an enormous number of vehicles in the drive so one would think that there are at least that many occupants in the house. Homes in Huntington Ridge have 3-5 bedrooms so where are the additional people sleeping? BOD needs to investigate.

Finally there are an increasing number of homes that are severly unkept. What happened to grass must be cut and the exterior of the home being maintained? Something to consider at a BOD meeting instead of how you are going to maintain the pool for the winter and do thank you's. Meetings should address the community not be a social gathering for a select few. Some thoughts to ponder.
Proper forms

Proper forms in this case would be on the City Of Loganville web site. Under code enforcement. There is another situation on Big Game Way that we are working on at this time. It was stated in the Local paper that the City of Loganville has passed tougher new neighborhood codes maybe the code enforcement officer can help. We have found it impossible to enforce neighborhood problems without the City's help.

Good Concerns

I personally will not be able to be involved in the HRHA Leadership in 2007. This would be a good time for new leadership to get involved with zoning issues in the neighborhood. Honesty, we never had time to get behind the City to help on these types of matters. I have been contacted by 3 other neighborhoods within the City two without HOAs about these growing problems. Our covenants are almost 20 years old and do not address the pressing issues that all neighborhoods face today. These problems we face need to be looked at by a new set of eyes. Good comments- Bobby
