Welcome to Lone Hills Estates!
Welcome to the much desired Lone Hill Estates Subdivision community in Cambrian, San Jose, CA, 95124 and be impressed! Many residents like the nice neighborhood, good schools, proximity to nature, parks, commuting, and shopping.
Located between Los Gatos and Almaden Valley and adjacent to the foothills, the Lone Hill Estates subdivision was build in the late 1950's, early 1960's. Essentially bordering Harwood Rd, Blossom Hill Rd, Camden Av and Little Branham Ln, adjacent to orchards at the time. Many owners have since upgraded their homes and in 2015, this subdivision home prices went over the $1 million dollar mark. Not a bad investment for our parents!
