Cats Loose in Neighborhood

Posted in: Wrangle Hill Estates

I was having a problem with two stray cat's on my property but I have not seen it lately. I feel that if dog owners must keep their dogs on leches, a cat owner should also be required to keep their cats on a lech or in their homes. I do not want the smell of cat urine on my property if I do not own a cat. I also feel the same way about dog dropings. If I do not own a dog why should I have to clean up after it.Smile

Leches? Laughing

It's leashes...

Cats don't belong on leashes!

How are they supposed to hunt on a leash?

I rescued a declawed & neutered cat and he kills all the mice, and rabbits, that come around my property. I'm a little saddened by the rabbit killings, but it's the circle of life, and they demolish peoples gardens.

Dogs should always be on a leash, regardless of how big they are. My dog was attacked by a unleashed 13lb Jack Russell Terrier(TERROR) dog, and on top of that, he had an expired Rabies vaccine.

BTW, to those that remember the fox, that used to patrol our neighborhood, he was shot by the owner of 39.593358, -75.702166, it's BEHIND the house, that's right across Porter rd, from our entrance. I repeat it's not the old timer on Porter rd, he's a good guy.
