Asset Mapping

In looking at the CANNDU didtrict, I can't help but wonder what makes our
Council District unique. I got in y car, and drove the boundary lines and really tried to understand the concept of sectioning off the neighborhoos. Sorry to say, but I didn't see anything unique about the CANNDU district!

So then I remembered two management concepts from my organizational leadership class.

In the CANNDU district, an environmental scan to find out what kind of hobbies, talents, and skills the major stakeholders have, will therefore unveil the uniqueness of our district.

Another concept that will be useful would be a SWOT analysis.

A SWOT analysis again looks at the stakeholders in the community, in terms of the following:
Strengths
Weaknesses
Opportunities
Threats.

In creating the boundaries for the CANNDU district, I hope thes analyses were performed,so the information should be available in the public documents or archives somewhere.

So someone please followup with a comment, and tell me what is unique
about our district.
