Man that thing is filthy. And not just filthy: the wire fence that runs along Fairfax has been crashed into and sticks into the sidewalk, there are weeds growing everywhere, and the strip of dirt between the sidewalk and Fairfax is just disgusting. I don't care if it's summertime and school's out, that is a disgrace that should be cleaned up by the school. By the principal if need be.
