The best site to post on to communicate with other neighbors is the Google Carthay Coalition Users Group.

In addition to Carthay Circle neighbors using the bulletin board, the user group also includes notices and communication with the neighboring associations, Carthay Square and South Carthay.

What is nice about posting there, is that when a topic is posted, it is automatically emailed out to all those who have joined and provided their email addresses, so you are kept up to date on current topics discussed or concerns in your neighborhood and the surrounding area too.

If you post, you usually will get a response from other neighbors.
