I live in one of the neighborhoods south east of the corner of Sherman Way and Woodly; and over the last 3 - 5 years I would say, it continues to feel less and less safe, and the graffiti has become a nightmare. I've even had my motorhome tagged twice. I feel like I'm living in the ghetto. What does it take to stop the blight of our neighborhood?
