Los Racimos Home Owners Association

The Los Racimos Home Owners Association (HOA) begain around 1980.

The HOA is comprised of all homeowners. Monthly Board meetings are open to all residents of Los Racimos. We invite all to attend and become an active participant of this community. There are many opportunities in which to serve. The more participation we have the stronger this community will become. Let us all work to make Los Racimos a community in which we take pride.

Monthly Board of Directors meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of each month in our Clubhouse. These meetings begin at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board members to conduct business. Individuals who wish to discuss a particular topic should contact our property manager and request to be added to the agenda. Meetings are also a good time to ask questions, meet your neighbors, and see how you may be of service in our community.
