Here is a list of other endagered properties just in Quality Hill

1) The Read-Ott Mansion's fate is still undetermined
2) The TK Club is vacant and fate is also still undetermined
3) The property on the corner of Underwood and Walcott (the old physicians office) is also empty and falling into disrepair.
4) The property on Summit St that the city has had in court for the past 3+ years is so far gone at this point it is almost unrepairable and the homeowner has done nothing to date to repair anything on the property.
5) The corner property on Summit and Walcott is up for sale (the old rectory owned by St. Georges church although in good condition without stricter laws anything can happen to this property.
6) St. Rays owns a property on Arlington street that is currently empty and being maintained but no one knows the future of that property.  (how long can the school keep it empty)
7) We have a boarded up house on Armistice Bvd that is bank owned and falling apart. (one of the more ornate homes on that street) the complete inside has been destroyed by vandals)
8) Weeden Manor - The church has removed the Tiffany window to sell at auction and some other items that was part of the original structure, with out a demolition law the whole property can be raised.

Dear Arthur,

Nice research:

Other properties in Pleasant View that are endangered:

1. Mansions on Prince Street that have fallen into disrepair.

2.  The bricked windows on the former Royal Weaving look awful.

3.   Some mansions on Cottage Street are nicely restored; others are not repaired.

4.  As an entirety, with a few exceptions, the shopping centers, built in 1976, on Broadway look awful.

5.  Greene and Daniel Street homes:  Some are not in decent living shape.
