Two dogs were found in Crystal Creek, in Plano, on 12/4/13. The dogs are believed to be Pekingese; one is a male and one is a female. They seem to be just-groomed, and they are very sweet and friendly, but scared. The dogs were checked, but they are not micro chipped.We know someone is missing their sweet pets.
