A cockatiel was found near my house in Elmwood yesterday - Monday, 4/27.  Very tame/friendly, mostly white with the typical yellow top and pink cheeks.  Police eventually came to pick it up;  said the bird would be taken to a vet for 5 days and then given to humane society.  Please let me know if it is yours and if you need any other info.  thank you!
