While walking my dog, we came across a small dog running around the bridge and ditch on Vickburg Boulevard (Cumberland side). It has tags, but was scared of my dog so would not let me near it to see the tags.  It followed us about halfway to Cumberland Boulevard, but then turned back towards the bridge.  If this is your dog, please go save him!
