Help we just adopted her and have a chip in her but we couldn't register until Monday.  She has a chunk out of her right ear.  Standard German Shepherd tan and black.  Approx 60 pounds.  a heighbor said that someone this morning saw her and was stating theyt were going to call dog catcher.
