There are a few homes that keep their trash cans out days after the pickup day. Even the city has mandated that the trash cans be off the street by the same night as pickup day. I wish that everyone would take a little bit of pride in your homes and do the things that will ensure that we will be viewed as a desirable place to live. Do not let our neighborhood run down just because there is a few homeowner that dont care or are just plain lazy. Please, take the time to put away your cans so that they cannot be seen from the streets!

It's not really a big deal. Why don't you just ask the person to please pick it up instead of doing nothing but complaining.
