It is now summertime and our children are out now more than ever, please SLOW down. Everyone seems to be in such a rush driving through the neighborhood. On yesterday I thought the man behind me was going to run over me because I came to a full stop at the STOP sign. The speeders need to beware that a few of us are going to start taking down license numbers and report them to the shreveport Police Department.

I agree with you that everyone seems to disregard the law in the neighborhood (especially when it comes to the stop signs). Please, if at all possible, ask the fellow neighbor to slow down for the sake of the children. Only contact the police as a last resort because they are very busy and have more pressing--yet equally important--things to attend to.
