I agr with you that one would hope that a warning would suffice, but with some it has not. This has led to the discussion of towing. Our association attorney has reveiwed this and has put this in place for us. The cars are being warned in writing as to the possiblity that their car will be towed if parked on the street. While it is not something that anyone of us want to do, it is certainly reserved as a last resort for the ones that insist on violating the overnight parking rules. The vehicles that are in constant violation have had many warnings!
