I have posted the question several times, but want to get as much input as possible. What improvements would you like to see? Ideas heard so far include: lights on front sign, aerator in small pond, landscaping in cul-de-sacs, speed bumps.

We will soon have an idea about how much money will be needed for enforcing dues restriction. We will then know how much money is available for expenditures and will be in a better position to make improvements.

Is the board doing all the filing or is the attorney?

Couldn't the board do all the filing at the clerks office, and that would SAVE us alot.

I really enjoy gardening/landscapeing and I feel that my yard is very nice and I would like to plant some things in the front of the subdivision and change it out with the seasons as I do with my own yard. The front needs to be more inviting...we want people to say...''now that's a nice neighborhood''
Theres about a handful of yards in here that need lots of improvement. I would love to help anyone who is interested. (667-3619)
And for those of you who have admirable yards...Hats off to ya! Keep up the good work!! Lets see if we can get everyones yard looking like that. This would definitely add value to our homes as well as the whole subdivision!!!

You are right! The entrance does need to be more inviting. In the past we have had other homeowners clean and change the flowers around.

If you would like to update any of the flowers in the entrance garden, please notify the board by email and give us your plan on paper. All changes need to be approved by the board.
