Participation in the Sunshine Acres Neighborhood Association is absolutely, positively, 100% VOLUNTARY. All neighbors are WELCOME!! However, if you do not wish to participate, for whatever reason, you are absolutely, positively, not required to do so. Greg Metten and Lisa Colvin personally apologize to each and every neighbor in Sunshine Acres who became concerned about this 100% voluntary effort! Please be assured, the SANA will not be imposing anything on the residents. The SANA will not result in dues or assessments. The SANA will not tell homeowners what type or color of shutters, storm doors, or mailboxes they must have. The SANA is a 100% voluntary effort by neighbors to join together for fellowship, address important neighborhood concerns such as crime, development issues, sidewalks, etc., and to keep neighbors informed.
