It seems as though some of our neighbors have forgotten the rules about keeping vehicles out of sight. They feel the roads are acceptable personal parking lots, especially the work trucks. It is inconsiderate to their neighbors who have to drive around them and look at them out their windows. It is inconsiderate to our delivery vehicles and trash collectors. Plus, it's against deed restrictions and looks tacky. Please be good neighbors and keep our community looking it's best. Please keep those vehicles garaged or at least in your own driveways. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Street Parking
Dear ''A'', You are correct. Parking on the street does create a number of problems beside image, including blocking mailboxes and producing tight fits with two-way traffic! However, these are county (soon to be city) streets, and as far as I remember the deed restrictions don't address this issue (I'll have to review the restrictions). Call the Board via the hot line (254-2113) for a complete explantion (and then post it on this discussion string. By John Jendrzejwski |
