2-way traffic

I have issues with the way the change was implemented. After being out of town for several weeks I returned to a new traffic pattern. There were no obvious warning signs or signals in view and I don't believe the city prepared drivers well enough for the change - even those of us that knew it was coming. I still see shocked drivers at 3rd and St. Catherine who are barely able to navigate the intersection because they have not been forewarned by effective signage. At the very least the city should greatly improve the way signals and signs are set up along the streets affected by the change.
