1x week pick-up w/toter: $13.95/mo @ 50% sign-up
1x week pick-up w/toter: $13.40/mo @ 75% sign-up

3/year service agreement is required.

Recycling service: $4/mo.
Yard waste service: $40/season

Alan, these prices are very preliminary. When there is a formal bid request with guarantees, we will be much more competitive.
