Tried ID and was not pleased!!!!

When I first moved to Little Spring Farm I was a customer of ID. I was extremely unhappy with the service. They would only pick up items that were in the container. If I were to put anything, such as a box, even if it were flattend, beside the container it would not get picked up and I would receive a nasty letter from the company with rules that were broken highlighted and circled in red. Larger items, such as a small televsion, 13'' cost me an extra $$$ fee(I think it was $20!) I switched to Rumpke and can put anything outside of the container and am allowed up to one large item at no charge. They are even cheaper than ID!!!!

Same bad experience with ID

We used ID previously as well and had the exact same experience.

I would be very hesitant to agree to use them again, even if they were a bit cheaper.

In my experience, they will NOT pick up garbage unless it is inside their can. If you have broken down boxes that will not fit in the can, too bad, they will ignore them.
