rec'd another email today 11/27/07--
Happened on Parkshire Lane
From A Neighbor on Parkshire Lane:
Just to let you know, on Thanksgiving Eve (Wednesday night 11/21 - 11/22/07), someone or a group of people, wrote nasty sayings and drew nasty pictures all over a lawn furniture table that we have on our lower deck, and moved furniture around on the deck. They also lifted our hot tub cover and left it in the open position. This happened sometime between dark and Thanksgiving morning. I did not report this to the Police Department as there was no damage done, but it is kind of scary to think that someone was this close to our home.
The big issue to me is that this
area is very well lit, so evidently lighting doesn't scare them off.
If anyone remembers seeing anything please e-mail us the info will be kept confidential
Please be on the look out for suspicious activity--call the police if
there are people in areas they should not be. This person did not see anyone
but found the evidence afterwards. You do not have to give your name or
address when you call the police if you do not want but if you would like for them to contact you after- ask that they call and report what they find after and the police are supposed to call back after checking the situation out.
We need to look out for each other to make our homes, our lives safer.
