Idiot Dog Walkers

Im also tired of this situation, but only with dogs. We keep ours inside and outside on a leash in our yard where they belong not walking down the street letting them do what ever they want in everyone elses yard but there own. There your dogs you clean up there mess IN YOUR OWN YARD AND BUSHES AND FLOWERS AND ETC. Besides that, you know how good you look out there with a dog leading you around in your nice and pretty pink outfits.
