How often? How long? Why?

I walk all over the place with my big black dog Kira whom you've probably seen me with since Christmas time! I am very familiar with the layout of our neighborhood and it lends itself to some interesting walking/jogging trails. I cannot run any more because of bad knees so I have become an avid hiker as well.
