there has been a black,young dog around our andle ct.,last week or so...he's not friendly!!!aslo has anyone seen the trashed mess at the end of street by the ditch where it ends at the guard rail??there are walmart carts,trash everywhere..i was walking my dog and saw thew mess!!!maybe we missed that on our clean up day???ooops!!!just concerned..thanks
