What ever happened to plans for a eastbound Watterson expressway interchange at northbound Manslick Rd.? It was to include a northbound Manslick Rd. ramp at the westbound Watterson expressway. This was to remove the 7th St trucking traffic on Berry Blvd and Taylor Blvd. It would also provide an improved ambulance run to SS. Mary & Eliz. hospital. It was never put on the 6 year state highway plan for funding. It was put on KIPDA's long range plan but was removed for lack of funding. Our community needs this!

Probably because they changed their minds and put it on Westport Road, instead. They recently had their ribbon cutting ceremony.
