In November 2006, Graymoor-Devondale residents will elect a Mayor and six City Council Members.

The deadline for registering to be a candidate for these positions is August 8.

Residents interested in running for office can talk to Mayor John Vaughan or one of the Council Members (John Allen, Allyne Anderson, Thelma Poe, Mark Sites, John Vezeau, Yvette Winnette) to learn about the responsibilities of the positions. Information on how to contact these people can be found on this website's homepage.

People interested in becoming candidates are also invited to come to the monthly city council meetings to learn how the city works.
