Self-Defense Seminar
District 7 residents can participate in a free self-defense seminar with Core Modern Training Center at 6:30 p.m. on September 27 in Trinity High School?’s Shamrock Gym. Attendees will be shown how to identify potential safety threats and will be taught defense techniques aimed at preventing muggings and sexual assaults.
