So why does the web moderator keep deleting the conversation on 2008 budget.  Seems a little controling. I can't think of a better topic for discussion.  Who is the website moderator?

Please read "Discussion Forum Deletions" in this Forum.  We are trying to keep the negatives off of the Web Site and have those discussions via the Group Email System.  I am the website moderator and deleted a few topics that some neighbors believed were damaging to our neighborhood.  These topics were deleted quite awhile ago.  The above mentioned  post explains the procedure I currently follow.

Seems like this would ensure that only certain opinions get heard or that people are aware that there are others out there that agree with them.  Doesn't seem very democratic...Maybe we should elect a new moderator.  Or start a new forum.

Besides some accurate press would actually motivate the developer to do his job, keep his commitments, and be fiscally responsible.  Transparency is always a good thing.
